Christmas is a special time of year, when we are all reminded of God’s greatest gift to mankind. For those of us in recovery this season of quiet gratitude, expressed to the God of our understanding for His unique gift us; the gift of sobriety. For some that gift comes with a renewed reconnections to loved ones, for others a place of calmness never before known, for many, they experience the joy of this season for the first time in many years.
In 2022, SCW Glassworks began offering a simple way to commemorate a sober Christmas, with a hand crafted bulb to hang on the tree. This design featured green and red cathedral glass in the shape of traditional Christmas bulb, using bright silver finish on solder lines and edging. The year is etched into the green center glass with and AA logo used for the “0” in the year.

For 2023 we continue to offer our classic bulb design to add to your collection. We are also offering a limited run for this year only. Our 2023 design is a stocking of berry red and white wispy glass. The full year is etched into the red portion of the stocking with the AA logo attached the white top. A very limited number are being produced, each numbers to add to your collection.
